ABOUT THE BLOG
This blog was officially launched on May 19, 2023, which isn’t a coincidence — May 19 is the (alleged) birthday of the first president of Türkiye, Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, and a national holiday. It would only be fitting to follow in his footsteps and have the same birthday, wouldn’t you agree? 🙂Â
In fact, you can see our first post, which was coincidentally written on the same day this blog was launched!
With that fun fact, let’s talk about this blog…
We originally created this blog with 3 big goals in mind:
1 – So you can enjoy a stress-free vacation
We know how stressful it can be to plan a trip to a new place, especially when there are so many cool things to see and do. In fact, the first time we visited Turkiye (years before we moved here!), we had so many questions… What should we do in Turkey? Where do we change money? How’s the transportation?
Don’t worry, we’ve got your back! We’re here to help you plan a stress-free vacation so you can focus on having fun and making unforgettable memories.
2- So you can discover the other side of Turkiye
Yes, Turkiye has Istanbul and Cappadocia and İzmir and Antalya, but there are hundreds — if not thousands — of other amazing places that deserve a few days on your itinerary!
